APHO Technical Briefing 2: Statistical process control methods in public health intelligence
This is the second in a series of technical briefings produced by the Association of Public Health Observatories, designed to support public health practitioners and analysts and to promote the use of public health intelligence in decision making.
In this briefing we look at the uses of statistical process control (SPC) methods and associated visual display tools (control charts and funnel plots) in public health intelligence. The briefing provides a summary overview.
