An introduction to the Spend and Outcome Tool produced by YHPHO (which updates the erpho 2008 Programme Budgeting Reports) and initial analysis of programme spend and outcome for each East of England PCT.

Using mortality and population data from 2001 to 2008, area profiles were generated showing trends in mortality rates and life expectancy by deprivation groups in East of England PCTs.
