A conference supported by: Insight East, the Eastern Region Public Health Observatory, National Offender Management Service, the Local Authorities Research and Intelligence Association, and the Government Office for the East of England.

The challenge for all is to use intelligence efficiently to meet the needs of today. Public services must be managed better than ever and, in a time of shrinking resources, there's an even greater need to meet customer requirements for services provision and transparency and accountability.

This conference aims to equip those who commission or carry out analysis in their job with the latest thinking on maximising the impact of your efforts by communicating research effectively, generating value by sharing data across organisations, techniques to evaluate the impact of projects, understanding what the customer wants, and tools and methods which allow you to work more efficiently.
